Electra Attendance Software is a complete web and Android attendance platform for survey field teams, draftsman users and admin users. It handles daily site data upload, attendance submission, pending approval, admin review, notifications, reminders, analytics, data manager, licence control and reporting workflow in one structured system. The system was designed for practical office usage, mobile access and NAS-friendly file/data handling.
Manual attendance and site data collection becomes difficult when surveyors and draftsmen work on different projects, use different vehicles, carry different equipment and submit work from different locations. The business needed one controlled platform to collect daily attendance, review pending submissions, track users, manage master data, maintain logs and support monthly reporting without scattered manual follow-up.
A role-based attendance platform was developed with separate flows for surveyors, draftsmen, admins and licence/admin controls. Users submit site data and attendance from mobile or desktop, while admin users can approve or reject submissions, view analysis, manage users/devices, maintain project/activity/car/equipment lists, send notifications and monitor complete system activity.
This workflow is prepared from the uploaded project folder analysis and real project screenshots.
User opens the Android app or web app and the system verifies the session/device before allowing access.
Role detection routes the user to the correct workflow for surveyor, draftsman, admin or licence/admin access.
Surveyor submits site data with project, files, CSV/ZIP references and daily work details from the mobile interface.
Attendance details are stored and routed to the pending approval workflow when approval control is enabled.
Admin reviews each submission, checks files, edits required values and approves or rejects the record.
Notification inbox and FCM alerts inform admins/users about submissions, approvals, reminders and follow-up items.
Admin analysis screens show total users, submitted users and missing submissions for daily monitoring.
Data manager and cron/report workflows keep master lists, reminders, logs and salary/report automation structured.
