What this project is about.
Project Expense Management Software is an internal cost control dashboard created to use attendance data from Electra Attendance Software and convert it into working-day and salary expense visibility. It helps the office review surveyor and draftsman effort by month, project and employee without preparing separate manual salary sheets. The dashboard shows total projects, total employees, total work days and total expense in one screen, then gives a searchable project-wise table for daily management checking. This project acts as the second business layer after attendance submission, so management can quickly understand manpower usage, project cost movement, employee-wise allocation and monthly salary impact while keeping sensitive salary data inside the internal office network.
